What we Can Offer You

We offer a safe space, unconditional attention, acceptance and encouragement, using a variety of therapies, so we can find the best solutions for you together.

Counselling / Therapy involve you talking about your life experiences and perspectives from the past, future goals and your current situation. During sessions, there will be exploration of your emotions, relationships and patterns of thinking and behaviours. By opening up and being honest, you give yourself the opportunity to become clear, aware and understand some of your patterns and therefore to shift perspectives and change in accordance to the life you are aiming to experience. Additionally, you will develop your own inner resources, skills and capabilities towards mastering your own life.

 

Therapy can take time and requires your full engagement and willingness to be open, honest and embrace change. There are no quick fixes but it is very rewarding.

OUR SERVICES 
Working Therapeutically with Children and Young People/Adolescents

 

We all communicate how we’re feeling through our behaviour. A child /young person, who acts angry, anxious, depressed, self-harms, eating disorders, addictions, is disruptive in school and at home, etc is communicating distress, pain and fears. They are suffering and this is their way of showing us that.

Therapy helps and supports a child or a young person to explore and talk about what is happening for them in their world, lives (whether at home, school, etc).

Spiritual Therapy - Transpersonal Psychology

 

Spiritual psychotherapy is an approach to

counselling and therapy that integrate

principles and practices from psychology, philosophy, art and spirituality. It recognizes the interconnectedness of the mind, body and spirit, towards Well-being and individual’s development and growth.

Taking a holistic approach. Spirituality is a path that involves discovering and exploring a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in one’s life and Human evolution, it can lead to a sense of belonging, connection to the Universe. Finding your inner peace, your centre, your true/Higher Self.

Therapy for Addictions and Loved ones

 

Are you in early recovery, have you just finished a 12-step programme in a rehab treatment centre? – Well done to you and many congratulations! Now you are going to the meetings (AA, NA, CA, SLAA, Gambling); and even if you already have a sponsor that is willing to go through the steps with you, you may feel that is not sufficient. You may wish to talk about certain things that you haven’t spoken about it just yet, and perhaps process certain painful memories that keeps triggering you in a safe space.

Bereavment/ Grief/ Loss Therapy

 

Losing a loved one, someone very dear to us is heartbreaking, it is indeed hard for anyone. Certain emotions can be utterly difficult to manage. Maybe you are feeling completely isolated and distraught and do not feel like talking with anyone that you know.  Bereavement counselling can be greatly beneficial to you, with a warm, compassionate, empathic and supportive counsellor to best help you to go through your grief and loss process so you can move on with your live, facing your loss with more acceptance.

Therapy for Cancer patients and loved ones

 

Counselling for cancer patients is an essential component of Holistic Cancer Care. A cancer diagnosis can be and feel emotionally overwhelming for you and your loved ones (family, friends). Not only are you perhaps having to deal with exhausting treatments, a main theme is a life-threatening condition, that in general stirs up a range of emotions.

Anxiety is a state where one finds themselves stressed, worried and fearful,  majority of the time. Anxiety is experienced if stress is constantly felt for long periods of time. This can happen because of childhood experiences as well as situations along one’s life that were very stressful and fear-educing and the individual didn’t really processed and those fears haven't been overcome just yet.

Natacha has been described as supportive, caring, passionate and compassionate, with a good sense of humour. She likes to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you to maximize them to overcome your obstacles.

We are here to support you and together we can come up with the best solution for you, through the things that you are facing and are difficult right now, by offering you a space where you can be open and honest without fear of judgement.

Counselling Therapy can be very effective and rewarding, especially when facilitated by a specialised therapist. Thus, can lead to having a positive impact on yourself and therefore on your life in general, empowering you to have a much healthier, happier and fulfilling life than before.

 

Being able to tell our story with all the time in the world and with all the time we need is a deep healing process. When someone really sees us and listens to us , perhaps for the very first time in our lives, with full focus and attention; One can at the same time see oneself, listen to oneself, perhaps for the very first time  authentically. One’s life can then embrace a new chapter.
